Built by William the Conqueror the Tower was once the most feared destination in England, Queen Elizabeth 1st would use the phrase ‘Send him to the Tower’. Located on the north bank next to Tower Bridge, it is now home to the crown jewels and is a tourist attraction not to be missed. Take a tour and meet the guards of the tower – the Beefeaters will bring the tower back to life.

 

In 2014 the Tower was host to a spectacular Poppy display to mark 100 years since the start of World War 1.
