We've listed some great activities for you to enjoy with your family and friends in Derbyshire, but let us know if we've missed something.
Belper - Children will love playing at the award winning Chucklebutties. Adults can sit and relax is a modern open area with large windows overlooking the beautiful Derwent and Belper River Gardens.
Ilkeston - A 2 tiered play area where children can enjoy themselves and run off some excess energy. A separate toddler area is available for younger children. Adults can sit and relax, drinks, food and snacks are available on site.

Matlock Bath - Great fun for the family. Gullivers is designed to cater for younger children (aged between 2 and 13).
Chesterfield - Queens Park offer the whole family a day outdoors in the fresh air. You'll find large open fields, a boating lake as well as a large adventure playground for the kids.

Matlock - Discover the history of lead mining in the Peak District and how it has shaped the landscape since Roman times. This is a really interesting museum which the whole family can enjoy.
Belper - This is a family friendly Mill with activies and interactions to keep you amused. Learn about the story of Belper and how it became the first factory town in the world.
Great Hucklow - Do something a bit different and take the family Llama trekking through the Peak District.
Ripely - Bring the whole family along to the Midland railway centre, see heritage steam and diesel locomotives as well as a whole host of other attractions.
