Woburn - Lying in the village of Woburn is Woburn abbey and gardens including a deer park. The Abbey has been in the Russell's family since the 17th century and holds some fantastic treasures the whole family will enjoy.

Bronham Mill

Bedford - The Mill has limited opening hours, please use the contact details before planning your trip. Whilst at Bronham Mill, take advantage of guided tours or just relax in the environment, maybe take a picnic.

Bignor Roman Villa

Pulborough - Learn about how the Romans would live their lives in the Roman Villa. Disover how the site was discovered and see the remains. You'll also find Georgian buildings and Bignor farm.

Bedford - Bedford Park is a large park which can boast a Green Flag Award for a beautiful public space, which it has held for 6 years. Plenty of play areas for children and trails to explore. Out door facilities for picnics are provided.

Marston Vale Forest Centre

Marstone Moretaine - Discover 250 acres of woodland, wetland and grasslands. safe and unspoilt where you can walk, cycle, horse ride, ride a train, go fishing, exercise the dog, jog, push the buggy and explore. Great for the whole family.

Drive through animal enclosures which are split into regions, the Northern Plains are home to Bison and Zebra, whilst in the Savannah grasslands you’ll see Rhino carry on through to the Kingdom of the Carnivores to see Wolves, tigers, lions and bears, The Giraffe Junction is always good fun and finally travel through the African Forest where you’ll see cheeky monkeys, who often jump on visitors vehicle’s.

Stondon Transport Museum

Henlow - At Stondon transport museum you'll see vehilces from the begining of the 20th century up to the modern day.

Stockwood Discovery Centre

Luton - This is a wonderful museum for the whole family to enjoy. With spectacular gardens and exhibitions to enjoy. The main highlights in the discovery centre are the Wenlok Jug, the Shillington gold coin hoard and the Mossman collection.

Thurleigh Farm Centre

Thurleigh - As far as farms go, Thurleigh has a huge variety of activities to keep the whole family entertained during your trip. Not only will you see lots of animals but also trampolines, roller blading rink, crazy golf, maize maze, pony rides, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, fire engine ride and pedal kart track.

Leighton Buzzard Railway

Leighton Buzzard - Dating back to the First World War, Leighton Buzzard Railway offers an exciting chance to travel on a steam locomotive along a heritage steam railway. A museum is on site to help keep the experience alive.

The Shuttleworth Collection

Near Sandy - The Shuttleworth Collection is a large collection of aeroplanes for you to walk around and admire. Take advantage of displays, shows and events throughout the year.

The Kiln

Bedford - Bring out your creative side at the Kiln in Bedord. The whole family are welcome to come down and have a go at making and decorating your very own pottery.

Oasis Pool

Bedford - With flumes named the Yellow Screamer and Flume of Doom is easy to see why the Oasis Pool is such a popular attraction in Bedford. Also offering a lazy river, outdoor pool and wave machine. For younger children and non swimmers, there is a smaller training pool available.

Hoo Hill Maze

Located in the East of England, Bedfordshire offers fantastic natural wonders and some really nice outdoor parks and gardens. One of its most famous attractions is Woburn Safari Park which gives you the chance to get very close to different animals including elephants, tigers, lions and wolves in a safari style park rather than a zoo. Woburn also has a large estate which is interesting to walk around and learn the history of this house. One of Bedfordshire’s famous residents is John Bunyan (1628 – 1688), see the museum bearing his name and learn about his life.
