About

St James Park is a located in the very heart of London and is the oldest of the capitols 8 parks; it attracts thousands of visitors a year and is home to The Mall and Horse Guards Parade.  You’ll find the park outside the front gates of Buckingham Palace, there is a large lake at its centre and plenty of refreshments and entertainment for the children around the edge.

Some of the things to see in the park are Tiffany’s Fountain, a stunning 20ft water plume, also keep an eye out for the world famous Pelicans who have resided in the park since 1664.

Did you know: One rather mischievous pelican used to fly over to London Zoo in Regent's Park to steal their fish for his lunch.
