About
Using your imagination a bit, you really get the sense of what the Circus Maximus was like during ancient Rome. The layout of the chariot race track is still clearly visible and when you think it’s been here over 2000 years you can’t help but be impressed. Take a seat on the grass verge and imagine you are in a crowd of 200,000 people cheering on your favourite chariot, with the Emperor of Rome also watching on.
